Ray has been making pots since 1969, Susan since 1979. Our work has evolved over the years that we have been making a living at our craft. We both love the feel of clay, its plasticity and how it responds to the touch. We care about each and every piece we make because we want it to bring joy to the person who buys it and uses it every day. Our wholesale business is organized with you, the buyer, in mind. Our experience since 1983 has shown us that when you place an order you want your pots delivered on time. That is one of our hallmarks. We don't make promises we can't keep and we do deliver on time. We also try to make your job easier by not only sending you quality products, but by including selling aids such as a bio sheet about us to go with each piece and recipes to go with the oven pieces. Also, we utilize a vacuum packer which reduces the weight of shipments and also gets them to you safely. We have learned that customers who buy pottery are usually attracted to the glaze colors first. We have developed our glaze palette to include colors that many people are decorating their homes with now. We try to maintain a consistency so that once your customers start buying our work they can come back and add to their collection year after year. We want them to come back to you and we want you to comeback to us.

Description of Product: A full line of handmade stoneware pieces available in six gorgeous glaze combinations. Most of the pieces are made either on the potter’s wheel or by hand forming slabs of clay into plaster forms of our own design. Some pieces are cast to create shapes that would be difficult to achieve otherwise. No ram presses or jiggers used. Terms and Shipping requirements: First Order $250 minimum. No minimum thereafter. Payment: COD or Pro Forma. Established customers with approved credit*: Net 30. Shipping by UPS Ground: Buyer pays shipping which is billed at cost plus $8 materials charge per box. Please note that we send a free item or items with a retail value of your materials charge to help offset that extra charge. Credit References: We require names, addresses, phone numbers of at least three (3) crafts people with whom you are currently doing Net 30. Payments: will be considered on time when post-marked by the due date. * Overdue payments will be charged 2% per month on the unpaid balance. $2.00 minimum charge. Costs for collection of delinquent accounts will be borne by the customer. *Please contact us if you are having a problem with a payment so as not to jeopardize your credit status. Payment Methods: Check or cash. Backorders: Due to our production and firing schedule it is sometimes necessary for us to send partial orders. The remainder of the order will be backordered and shipped ASAP, usually within 1-2 weeks. Exchange Policy: Any pots in A-1 condition may be exchanged after 60 days. Buyer pays shipping. Please contact us to make arrangements for exchanges. Selling Aids: We include information cards to include with each pot sold. Recipes are included with each oven piece. Prices: Subject to change without notice New Accounts: When you order, we will need a copy of your Business Tax License, Sales Tax Certificate and Bank Information (bank name, address, phone, contact person, account number) in order to establish a wholesale account. |
