This oven piece is great for a roast - whether chicken, beef or pork. You can also use them for a thick steamy cobbler. They can be taken from oven to table and are super when you need to carry a dish to a pot luck. Take them out of your oven, cover with aluminum foil and your dish will still be hot when you get to your host's home.
