#11 Stoneware COVERED CASSEROLE

Suggestions for use:

We like to use our Covered Casserole for baked beans, oven baked stuffing, potato casserole, macaroni and cheese. Put the casserole in your oven, turn it on low to preheat and then use it as a warmer for that batch of pancakes as you take them off the griddle ... then everyone can eat at the same time!

#20 Stoneware INDIVIDUAL CASSEROLE

Suggestions for use:

Northerners will probably think chowder or chili when they see this piece; Southerners know it's meant for gumbo. Since we're transplanted Northerners, we know it's wonderful for all kinds of warm-your-tummy dishes. Fill it with piping hot food, or make individual casseroles in the oven, then place it on one of our rectangular or round plates (#24, #25, #52 or #53) and carry it to the table. Don't forget the biscuits ... or cornbread!
